We were really pleased with our stay at the Park Plaza County Hall location and would stay here again without hesitation. The location was awesome - walking distance to the London Eye, Big Ben, the river Thames, bus routes, and the Waterloo underground train station. The room was exactly as advertised, with two sleeping areas separated by a kitchen/bathroom area. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and well-stocked, and the kitchenette was super useful to us with two very young children in tow. The London Eye and Big Ben view from our room was spectacular and made the odd dinner-in-the-room with the kids much more exciting. Although our room was right by the elevators, it was super quiet and we did not hear any noise from within the room. They also provided a crib (pack-and-play) for our youngest which worked great. Staff were friendly and helpful. In addition to all these great features, we must say that the breakfast at this hotel was top notch! Tons of options: breads, cereals, fruits, cold cuts, cheeses, condiments, yogurt, eggs cooked various ways, bacon, sausage, beans, waffles, pancakes, muffins, porridge. So many things to please all types of eaters. There's also a great coffee machine where you can help yourself to specialty coffees, and a kids area with things like nutella and maple syrup. Very convenient and very delicious. Absolutely worth the extra money for the breakfast.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, on arrival my daughter was given Easter treats and acitivies and a colouring pack which I thought was a lovely touch. The room was clean and spacious with a tv in both sleeping areas and a kitchen with all the items we might need. Bed and sofa bed were both comfortable and whilst the room was a little warm we were able to adjust the temperature ourselves with the air con. Breakfast had a great selection from continental to a full English which was very nice. The hotel is in a fab location making it very easy to go sight seeing, close by to the tube and bus stops but also in a good walking distance to some attractions. A great stay at a fantastic hotel and I will definitely stay here again!

The views were excellent but I think the price was not value for money but nowhere in London is right now. The bathroom was a massive let down - small, the shower quality was poor and the size of the bath isn't worth the inconvenience of climbing in and out - a shower would be better.

Friendly, polite and efficient are three words to use the team at Park Plaza County Hall's reception desk who made me feel appreciated and welcome from the get-go. The rooms are well designed and comfortable and the location is ideal for anyone wanting easy access to London for business or pleasure.

The receptionist at check-in was wonderful and kids got a welcome package and some sweets and treats. The breakfast was good and most staff were nice and helpful.
